The Right Real Estate Agent

Finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.

First, You need an agent that is on your side and understands what you want to accomplish.  Some people have the time to wait it out and get the price they want and some need to sell it quick and move on.

Second, You need an agent with local experience.  The neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. are all things to take into consideration and mean different things to different people.  It's so important to have an agent that understands your needs and wants.  You are going to be living in your new home for years to come so it should be able to serve you well.  I will be here to help you. 

Third, You need someone that is knowledgeable. I am always going "back to school" to learn new techniques so I am always on top of things.  I can always supply you with resources that you can use to help make your real estate experience a good one.
